Jonathan has an international clientele and advises individuals, trusts and companies on tax, accounting and financial matters.
Jonathan’s clients include families with substantial estates primarily in the UK; US and UK residents subject to French taxation including sportspeople, performing artists and models with French activities; individuals and their businesses in need of assistance for business/asset structuring, tax compliance and tax audits.

PARTNER
Sophie advises French companies and other businesses with a French activity. Her work involves daily contact with companies based in the UK, in the US, but also other countries using English as a professional language.
Sophie provides services and advice relating to set-up matters, tax compliance, French bookkeeping, payroll, management reporting.
Sophie advises individuals on their tax affairs and assists with their French tax compliance requirements. This work covers personal tax, assistance with tax audits, succession matters, French trust tax compliance and sole-trade matters. She also assists private clients with family office type work.
She has particular expertise in assisting international artists, models and sportspeople with their French tax compliance requirements.

DIRECTOR
Ann has particular expertise in respect of offshore trusts with regard to both their administration and tax aspects, both in France and the UK.
Her work also includes all aspects of compliance as well as ad hoc projects in different offshore jurisdictions.
She also acts for individuals and their businesses in respect of their French tax affairs providing advice and tax and accounting compliance services in particular to UK residents, and accompanying them through other French administrative matters.
